Keith Wood
Keith Wood’s abstract encaustic paintings are of broad natural forms with evidence of the process and stages of development. Light is a key element it does not reflect from the surface but penetrates the many different wax layers. Wood’s work has serene energy; light radiates from within the work.
BIO
Keith Wood has extensive training in the arts including a BFA from Nova Scotia College, a Bachelor of Education from Nova Scotia Teacher’s College and a degree in Design Management from University of Manitoba. He has exhibited his work in both Canada, the United States, and is included in many private and public collections. Keith Wood currently resides and paints in Winnipeg.
